Fox News television channel reported, officials of the Chicago area has sparked a brilliant idea to reduce the number of firearms in their territories, by giving them a prepaid credit card gift to every citizen willing to surrender their firearms to the local authorities.
This action is carried out by local governments in Chicago as part of an effort to reduce acts of violence and unrest by using firearms.
According to sources quoted by Fox News, until recently has collected more than three thousand weapons fire from the entire Chicago area. Police said the weapons collected is illegal and never sold to residents for free.
