JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com — Singapore won two titles, while Japan took three in badminton New Zealand International Challange, Sunday (3/4/2011).

In tournaments with prizes of 15,000 u.s. dollars, Japan pocketed the title through the men's singles, singles, and doubles.

While Singapore earned two degrees left in the men's doubles and mixed doubles.  In doubles, Danny Bring Chrisnanta and Hendra Wijaya defeated double Taiwan, Po Yi Huang/Chia Bin Lu, 21-15, 21-17.

While in the mixed doubles, Danny Bring Chrisnanta – birth of Singapore – paired with Neo Yu Yan Vanessa beat mixed doubles Japan, Takeshi Kamura/Koharu Yamamura, 21-14, 21-13.

Indonesia represented the players PB Djarum and Tommy Sugiarto must go home with empty hands. Last hope, Tommy was eliminated in the semi-finals.
