I do not know what's on Marc Franco minds , the EU ambassador to Egypt? Writing in al-Ahram Weekly.

 

Franco said: Seeing in a few years ago, it seems fair to say that Egypt has made a bold step to promote human rights culture at all levels of Egyptian society. Then He goes to mention some of the reform and that the EU supports Egypt in "financial and technical":
